A Creative and Compassionate Space for Life’s Toughest Transitions
ABOUT ME
As a shy child I experienced the destabilizing effects of a transient childhood, and the feeling that I didn’t quite belong anywhere. When I was 18 years old, my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died 3 months later. When I was in my late 20’s, I married a man who turned out to be a master of deceit and betrayal. In my late 30’s I struggled with divorce, job loss and single parenthood. And in my early 50’s my only child transitioned which was both beautiful and terrifying in the current world we are living in.
Moving through these challenges, I have learned to live a life with much less regret and a focus on what will truly matter in the end.
Let me be your guide through a compassionate, creative process to help you navigate grief, change, and uncertainty—while capturing what matters most.
WHAT I DO
I guide individuals, caregivers, and families through life’s most difficult transitions—offering a space that blends coaching, grief support, and creative expression.
Together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing and create something meaningful from it—whether that’s a legacy artifact, a collection of stories, or another tangible way to express what matters most.
This work helps reduce the emotional weight of “what we didn’t say or do,” while creating space for reflection, connection, and healing.
