development of the ToysRus web site's new information architecture, search
and checkout functionality. I managed MONKEYmedia's participation in the
collection of user data, conducting of competitive and task analyses, creation
of task & navigation flow charts, screen schematics and use cases, and preparation
for usability testing and design validation. This project was a partnership
with marchFIRST. Shortly before this site architecture was to go live, toysrus.com was purchased by Amazon.com. The purchase meant that Toysrus.com would now use the Amazon.com interface. |
